Litigation Solicitor

As a Litigation Solicitor, you will be dealing with a wide range of controversial issues, which include commercial, civil, and property litigation.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Mandarin, both spoken and written, is highly desirable. 

• Substantial experience in managing litigation cases is essential, with a professional experience of 5 years post-qualification. 

• Demonstrated capability to thrive in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.

• A track record of effectively leading and cultivating a team, coupled with keen attention to detail and strong personal organizational skills, is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, promote, and grow the Litigation division.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Litigation department to ensure the delivery of high-quality service, compliance with practice standards, resolution of any compliance issues, and achievement of set targets.

• Frequently communicate updates and conduct internal training for the Litigation department.

• Identify and explore new avenues for generating revenue.

• Optimize and improve the department's processes for efficiency.

• Stay informed about the latest pertinent legislation and policy updates.

• Regularly review the files of all colleagues within the Litigation.
