We are looking for highly motivated bilingual individuals, who are fluent in English and Mandarin, willing to work overnight, can start with us as soon as possible as a Customer Service Representative, based in a city between Birmingham and Manchester.

As a customer service Representative you will be providing customer service via live chat, email and telephone.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in online/e-commerce business but this is not essential.

You must be able to work well in a team as well as using your own initiative.

Training will be provided on in-house systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be computer literate and have good communication skills.

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

£29,000.00-£30,000.00 base salary per year with free company accommodation at the first 3 months.
