Looking for bookkeepers

Looking for a bookkeeper (one full time and one part-time) who is motivated to join a growing property management company. The role is suited for someone looking to manage everyday bookkeeping tasks by getting to know the company clients (both the landlords and the tenants) and the business everyday activities whilst instilling monthly processes to ensure tasks are completed on time. Tasks include:

·       Carry out bookkeeping and data processing using accounting systems of the property management

·       Handle landlord accounts payable and receivable

·       Set up paying contractors

·       Handle landlords/tenants’ invoices/bills by recording and processing for approving or denying the payments

·       Maintain expenses ledger, management fee ledger and nominal ledgers

·       Carry out monthly reconciliation of all control accounts (client bank account, tenant deposit account, company bank account)

·       Calculate and process monthly journals for payroll and other monthly adjustments

·       Deal with the preparation of landlord/tenant statements
