曼城时尚公司诚聘Senior Accountant

Main responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation  of monthly management accounts and KPI pack

• Assisting in the year-end  accounts production and reconciliations between connected parties

• Cash flow forecasting；analyze accounting data;

• Managing company Sales ledgers on both the CRM and finance packages

• Monthly reconciliations of all nominal ledgers

• Managing staff expenses,  petty cash and bank cards

• Processing of monthly  payroll

• Preparation of VAT returns,  bank reconciliations, accruals and prepayments

• Other related tasks as  assigned by the Group leader

Qualifications:

• At least Part Qualified      CIMA/ ACCA

• 3-4 years of proven accounting experience.

• Excellent communication skills over email, telephone and face to face.

• Attentive eye for detail & high analytical skills for accounting details.

• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines & excellent time management skills.

• Ability to handle large work volume in time efficient manner.

• Experience of Sage/Xero    (required)

• Experience of payroll      (required)

• Able to work independently
  

• Language: Mandarin   &  English (required), Cantonese (preferable)

• Strong IT skills in Microsoft office.
