工作内容: • Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and provide guidance on menu items, promotions, and special offers. Ability to provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, striving for prompt resolution.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and giving correct change.
Experience with operating a point-of-sale (POS) system is an advantage but not required.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the food service industry is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities is essential.
