Front of House Member

As a Front of House Member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they walk through the door to when they leave. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, assisting with reservations, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and providing excellent customer service in line with our restaurant's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.

Take customer orders accurately and provide information about menu items, including Thai dishes and ingredients.

Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring proper presentation and quality of service.

Ensure tables are set and maintained properly, including refilling drinks and clearing plates promptly.

Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring satisfaction and a pleasant dining experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers.

A passion for Thai cuisine and culture, with a willingness to learn more about the menu and ingredients.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
