Hiring Chef

工作内容:
• Purchases and examines foods from supplies to ensure quality;
• Oversees food preparation and monitors the quality of finished dishes;
• Plans menus, prepares, seasons and cooks foods;
• Makes sauce and monitors the quality;
• Manages orders and monitors its speed and Supervises,
• Organises and trains kitchen staff and manages an area of the kitchen;
• Ensures relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen;
• Plans and co-ordinates kitchen work such as fetching,
• Clearing and cleaning of equipment.
工作要求: Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred
• Solid understanding of Chinese culture and food
• Minimum experience of 2 years in a Chinese restaurant
• Excellent organisation, communication and negotiation skills with
attention to details
• People management skills
• Professional, articulate, self-motivated, ability to multi-task

工作时间: 45 hours per week
