We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative TikTok Operations Specialist to join our content and livestream team. This is a behind-the-scenes role where you will assist with livestream execution, support script planning, and help with short video content production. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, short videos, and teamwork.

🎯 工作职责 | Key Responsibilities
协助TikTok直播流程，讲解产品要点并在镜头外回答观众问题
Assist during TikTok livestreams by explaining product features and answering audience questions (off-camera)

实时监控评论和后台数据，反馈观众需求，优化直播节奏
Monitor live comments and backend data in real time, relay audience needs, and optimize stream pacing

与观众互动，提升直播留存率和转化率
Engage with the audience to improve viewer retention and conversion

协助策划直播脚本，提出创意内容点子
Contribute to livestream script planning with creative content ideas

拍摄、剪辑并发布TikTok短视频内容
Assist in filming, editing, and posting TikTok short videos

支持直播团队的日常工作，如直播前准备、直播后收尾
Support day-to-day live team tasks, including pre-stream setup and post-stream wrap-up

跟进社媒内容趋势，提升内容表现
Stay updated with content trends to enhance production quality and performance

✅ 任职要求 | Requirements
对TikTok或短视频平台有浓厚兴趣
Strong interest in TikTok or short-form video platforms

具备基础视频剪辑技能（如CapCut, InShot, Premiere等）
Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere)

良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神
Strong communication and teamwork skills

英语流利，会中文优先
Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus

有社媒、电商、直播运营经验者优先
Experience in social media, e-commerce, or livestreaming is a plus
