Q & Y International is a well-established wood flooring company with over 10 years of experience in the trade. We have an extensive range of products and are proud to have been working with internationally renowned architecture and design firms on a wide range of projects across the country. We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the sales of our flooring products while directly engaging with our factory. The ideal candidate will be required to conduct daily telephone conferences with our suppliers in China and with our shipping agents to obtain the latest information, which will then be communicated to our customers.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated person to join our friendly team in High Wycombe, where we work together to improve our business and the company’s position in the market. You will apply your expertise in the following areas to embed into our company identity, supporting the reputation and campaign needs of our business.
Responsibilities Include:
Facilitate the sales of flooring products by engaging directly with our factory.
Conduct daily conferences with suppliers in China and shipping agents to obtain the latest information.
Update customers promptly with relevant information obtained from suppliers and shipping agents.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform other sales-related duties as required.
Your Skills and Experiences Include:
Previous experience in construction project involvement is preferred.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

Work Authorisation: This is a full-time role based in our High Wycombe office. Eligibility to work in the UK is a requirement.
Work Location: Coronation Road, High Wycombe, HP12 3RP, has nearby and accessible transport links. You must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
