Indian Cheff

We are looking for an Indian Cuisine Chef to join our Buffet in Chelmsford Candidates should be enthusiastic, reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Duties and Responsibilities included:
Preparing, cooking and presenting Tandoori Dishes , Curries and Indian breads to the appropriate standards. Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Preparing Dishes from fresh Products, seasonal products, Nutrition Value. Striving to exceed customer expectations at all times.
Candidates must have past experience in Preparing Indian curry sauces and dishes.
Must be skilled in operating Tandoor and preparing bread.
Involves cleaning duties and maintaining food safety records as per legal requirements
Carry out any other reasonable instructions given by Head Chef / Manager .
Candidate must be a team player and should have can do attitude.
