We are a specialist industrial and logistics real estate investment, development and asset management platform. The company is expanding its UK business and is progressing its first UK project alongside a growing pipeline of development opportunities.

We are looking for a proactive Associate based in the Midlands to provide local support across project coordination, business administration, site activities and stakeholder communication.

Role Summary

This role is suitable for a recent graduate or junior professional with approximately 0–2 years of experience who is interested in real estate, development, construction, investment or asset management.

The successful candidate will initially provide hands-on local support and will gradually gain exposure to project development, investment analysis, consultant coordination, construction management and asset operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate investor, consultant and partner visits, including meeting arrangements, itineraries, site visits and meeting notes.
- Attend site inspections and project visits; record key observations, photos, local information and follow-up items.
- Support communication with consultants, contractors, agents, suppliers and professional advisers.
- Assist with document organisation, bilingual communication where needed, meeting support and action-point tracking.
- Provide day-to-day business administration, including scheduling, travel support, filing, contact lists and project information management.
- Support basic HR, office, onboarding, internal record-keeping and local operational administration as the UK platform grows.
- Gradually participate in market research, project development, investment analysis and asset management workstreams.

Requirements

- Strong English communication skills, including emails, calls, meetings and professional correspondence.
- Good interpersonal skills and professional presentation, with the ability to represent the company appropriately.
- Reliable, organised and detail-oriented, with strong execution capability.
- Able to work independently, follow up tasks and manage priorities.
- Strong willingness to learn about industrial and logistics real estate.
- Able to travel flexibly across the Midlands for meetings and site activities.

Preferred Background

- Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Construction Management, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related disciplines.
- Real estate, construction, consulting, audit, investment, finance, supply chain, logistics or professional services experience is helpful.

Nice-to-have

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- UK driving licence and ability to drive.
- Experience working with international teams or cross-border business settings.
- Mandarin Chinese capability would be helpful but is not essential.
