Located in  Manchester Airport, Ying De Group is an innovative fast-growing investment platform offering UK businesses the opportunity to directly access Chinese capital through a network of private and corporate investors. Since inception in 2013 the platform has successfully invested over 30 million across a variety of sectors and is actively engaged with over 100+ businesses seeking growth capital. Working directly with UK SMEs, business support services, financial intermediaries, and funding organizations Ying De offers award-winning financial solutions tailored to the particular circumstances of individual clients.

The group is seeking to appoint a business development executive with experience of working with UK SMEs and extensive knowledge of the finance and professional community to capitalize on growth opportunities. The successful candidate will work within the existing Ying De business development team and will be responsible for the generation and conversion of new business opportunities. The role is supported by a staff of over 30 colleagues, mostly of Chinese origin, separated into 6 departments focused on different aspects of investment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and relationship manages business introducer base via clear communication of Ying De proposition.

• Initiate and develop business opportunities from introducer network.

• Engage potential clients to evaluate eligibility/suitability, including analysis of client data and provision of feedback.

• Develop investment business case for progression including provision of      information and completion of relevant CRM records.

• Relationship management and monitoring of client caseload.

• Liaising with internal colleagues to support investor training and development in respect of client investment opportunities.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with appropriate attention to detail.

• Confident presenter

• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work to agreed deadlines

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Speak fluent English and Chinese ( Mandarin ) preferred

• demonstrable relevant business development work experience in Financial Sector a bachelor's degree in Finance or Management is needed, but a MBA degree will be preferred
