Job descriptionAn exciting new opportunity has arisen within the company for a Sales Engineer. Your position will be generating new business opportunities around the world and working with clients to establish the best system for dewatering their sludge.  Travelling to different locations around the world is essential for marketing purposes and meeting clients.The RoleDevelop and maintain new and current business within the account base.Profile and develop an in-depth knowledge of your customers and the business opportunities.Working closely with Product Managers/Engineers, communicating customer feedback and product opportunities.Create and execute agreed action plans.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.Plan and prepare for sales calls to both existing and prospective customers.Generating your own leads and account opportunities.Arranging meetings and appointments.Travelling to meet potential customers and discuss requirementsCapture onsite data and sludge samples from potential clients.Follow up quotation sent out to clients.Attend relevant water industry related exhibition as exhibitor or attendee. Attend exhibitions as exhibitor or visitor to meet potential clients.Assist sludge dewatering trials onsite.Skills and QualitiesPrevious experience within wastewater treatment industry would be preferred but is not essentialSelf-motivatedExcellent communication skillsPositive working attitudeStrong confident individualAmbitious and enthusiasticA clean driving license is essential for this role.Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + 5% Commission
