Location: Central Birmingham will involve driving/ walking around city centre.

*MUST HAVE A CLEAN FULL DRIVING LICENSE AND A CAR*

Working hours: 11am to 8pm, one hour break. be able to stay late if request with extra pay.  5 days per week, need to be able to work on weekend.

A very busy serviced apartments company in Birmingham City Centre offering a full time & permanent customer relations manager position

Key responsibilities

• You will need to have an impeccable telephone manners, be able to      deal with all kind of guest complain, have      excellent computer skills and      be experienced in dealing with enquiries and follow up to ensure      resolution. 

• You will be required to drive / walk around city centre      to our apartments to meet guests and provide a high standard customer      service, to be organised and efficient as well as offering a warm and      friendly welcome to our guest

• Fluent English is a must as well as eligibility to work      full time in the UK. Knowledge of other languages would be an      advantage. 

• Advantage      if you have marketing background.

• Team working and ability to solve unexpected situations      as well as multitasking are essential

Full training will be given. 

Requirement; 

1. Applicant must be living in Birmingham

2. Must have at least 3 years experience on customer service

3. Someone who's friendly and taking pride in his/her work

Flexible payment method

Cash paid Permanent role, immediately available offers a basic salary of  £9 to £10 pounds cash per hour plus bonus, commission and fuel compensation   (after 4 to 6 week training and first 3 month probation periods) 

or on payslip: 22K-25K/annum, bonus+ commission
