物流负责人（跨境电商）

岗位职责：

1、负责拓展物流服务商资源，开发优质的海外物流渠道资源，并对其进行持续跟踪；

2、负责管理和优化海外物流渠道资源，控制各物流渠道运行成本，管控风险；

3、进行市场调研，反馈市场调研报告，对尾程物流产品需求进行统一管理；

4、为客户提供定制化的尾程物流解决方案，提升物流产品竞争力和客户满意度；

任职资格：

1、华人，有工作证。本科及以上学历，专业海外仓或跨境电商公司从业背景，熟悉欧美、澳洲或新兴市场；
2、精通尾程落地配物流的操作细则，具备优秀的物流渠道开发管理能力；
3、具有尾程落地配物流供应商资源；

4、熟悉跨境物流产品的设计、规划，能够根据客户需求提供定制化的物流解决方案；

5、清晰缜密的逻辑思维，有独立分析调研能力，自我驱动力强。

Cross-border Logistics Expert

Job Responsibilities:

1. Introduce high-quality logistics vendor,set up process of vendor introducing, testing, assessment, leading vendor improve service level. 
2. Establish logistics risks control process for aspect of  local transportation,and local delivery.

3. Conduct market research, and satisfy customer’s special demand for logistics solutions;

4. According kinds of customers request regarding logistics cost and transit time, formulate analysis models, design local delivery plan.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree, overseas warehouse or cross-border e-commerce background , familiar with Europe, America, Australia market and so on;

2. Proficient in the policy of the local delivery, good at negotiation with local logistics vendor;

3. Familiar with cross-border logistics solutions design, provide customized logistics solutions for customer;

4. Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability, Self-oriented.
