采购专员

职责描述：

Responsibilities/ Authorities工作职责权限:

1. Ensure compliance with purchasing SOP and quality system in daily work.

确保采购流程的合规性

2. Raise PRs and POs for both direct material and indirect material following the relative Purchasing SOP

负责按照采购流程对采购需求进行直接物料以及间接物料的采购

3. Keep and maintain all the files related to above mentioned purchasing activities both in ERP/Synertrade system where needed and in paper form (Supplier data, Supplier Audit, PR/URS/PO/Contract, technical agreement, NCR，etc.)

在ERP、SYNERTRDE

系统以及纸质形式保存并维护所有与采购活动相关的文件（供应商资料资质等数据，供应商审核，PR/URS/PO/合同，技术协议，NCR等）

4. Deploy and maintain proper supplier base to support company business and strategy for both direct and indirect materials.

开发维护合适的供应商资源满足公司业务和战略需求。

5. Integrate cost analysis and price negotiation, bidding & contract management

采购价格分析，谈判，招投标和采购合同管理

6. Keep continuous improvement on purchase efficiency, process optimization and cost saving.

持续提高采购效率，流程优化和成本降低

7. Coordinate relationships between colleagues and external suppliers.

维护协调和各部门&外部供应商关系

8. Evaluate and monitor supplier performance (KPIs of price, delivery, quality and service) on periodical basis and implements progress plan and actions as required.

定期评价监督供应商绩效（价格，交期，质量和服务）并执行绩效改善管理

9. Able to manage with many various activities simultaneously, with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.

同时管理不同的采购活动，及时跟进以及细节（流程）管理。

任职要求：

Qualifications任职资格:

Education background教育背景: 

Bachelor degree above本科及以上学历

Work experience 工作经验: 

5 years or above relevant sourcing/purchasing/planning experience, food and medical instruments knowledge will be a plus. 至少五年以上工厂采购相关经验, 食品或医疗器械行业经验优先。

Competence and skills技能技巧: 

1. Good computer operation ability &ERP PU/MM module, office software skills.

良好的ERP 知识和经验，熟练使用OFFICE软件

2. Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.

较强的中英文口头和书面沟通能力

3. Team competency of working with diverse people in diverse situations to achieve business objective.

有在多元的环境下和各相关方共同达成既定任务的工作能力

4. Deep understanding of purchased subject, good cost-analysis knowleadge

working hour：9:00-17:30/Monday-Friday

20 holiday +8 bank holiday

£1500-£2500/Month
