We are looking for a bookkeeper to join our team in Manchester. TTK Express Europe Ltd. is a Logistics Company based in Manchester, Birmingham and London.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Bank reconciliations, Sales, Purchases

- Preparation and submit VAT returns

- Collecting Invoices From Suppliers and insuring all Invoices to be paid in time

- Creating sales invoices

- Monitoring cash flow

- Main point of contact of outside services for tax preparation, auditing and banking

- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.

- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company

Requirements:

- A degree in accounting, finance or related field is required

- At least Bachelor’s degree or equal level qualification

- Proficient in Excel

- At least one year working experience as bookkeeper 

- Chinese to mother tongue standard and fluent in written and verbal English, familiar with Chinese culture and good understanding of Chinese consumer behavior
