需要英国驾照；
能够在客户现场支持CATL产品；
能够适应灵活的出差时间；
以尽可能高的标准修复宁德时代产品；
诊断电气缺陷和高压工作部件；
需要时进行诊断和机械维修的能力；

BESS SERVICE is a rapidly growing industrial service company based in the UK, specializing in the maintenance and refurbishment of energy storage systems, facilities, and electric vehicle batteries. As one of the local service providers for CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited), a leading global supplier of power battery systems, our direct clientele primarily consists of European customers and other Chinese automotive suppliers.

Due to the demand in the new energy sector, we are currently seeking on-site technicians to support and repair CATL products at customer sites in the UK and Europe, including energy storage and commercial vehicles. We provide professional training and offer promising career prospects, and we welcome individuals with the right qualifications to join our team.

We are recruiting engineers for the UK region with the following requirements:

• Background in engineering or related field, with system training provided by our company

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Excellent Chinese written and verbal communication skills

• Good understanding of UK health and safety regulations

• Basic knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS)

• Basic computer software skills, including MS Office

• Right-to-work in the UK

Main tasks and responsibilities include providing end-stage support to electric vehicle and energy storage customers, acting as a liaison between CATL production facilities and automotive and energy storage clients, conducting fault analysis and resolution during production testing, and maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Ideal candidates must have qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or automotive engineering or a related field, excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills, good understanding of UK health and safety regulations, basic knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS), basic computer software skills including MS Office, and the right to work in the UK.
