岗位描述：
1、负责公司产品的销售及推广
2、根据工作计划完成销售任务
3、开拓新市场,发展新客户,增加产品销售范围
4、制定销售计划,带领销售团队完成任务目标；
5、负责新老客户的沟通，老客户的维护，以及客户潜在及延展性需求的实现；
6、配合项目经理完成相关任务目标；
任职要求：
1、对销售充满热情，敢于面对挑战，主动积极拓展商机；
2、具有清晰的销售思路以及快速的应变能力；
3、必须从事IT相关产品销售工作2年以上,有系统集成或弱电相关工作优先；
4、具备专业操守，积极的工作和学习心态，富有团队精神,责任感和沟通能力；
5、具备需求分析和系统设计能力，以及较强的逻辑分析和独立解决问题能力；
6、具有较强的谈判,沟通能力,良好的人际关系基础或良好的客户群体关系；
