Position: Office Account Assistant / Bookkeeper (ideally Bilingual – English and Chinese)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial & Office Assistant to support our finance and admin team. This part-time role is ideal for individuals with experience in handling financial data and office administrative tasks, and who are seeking a stable, long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
• Invoice Management: Process shipping company invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Financial Data Analysis: Use financial principles to analyse data, identify patterns, and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist with managing AP/AR and producing financial reports.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Reporting & Compliance: Help maintain compliant financial records and reports.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Process Improvement: Propose improvements in invoice and data handling processes.
Requirements
• Strong understanding of financial principles (bookkeeping, P&L, VAT, reconciliation).
• Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.
• Strong English communication and document handling skills.
• Organized, efficient, and risk-aware.
• Analytical thinker with good problem-solving ability.
• Interested in financial data and long-term career development.
