Position Title: TCM Clinic Receptionist

Reports To: Clinic Manager

Location: Kensington or Chelsea London, or head office

Employment Type: Full-time or Part time

Salary Range:£26.5K -£28K annul


Position Summary

The TCM Clinic Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic by providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the clinical staff. This position requires a friendly and organized individual with a passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine and holistic healthcare.


Office Job :

Booking , Recording , following up meeting, etc .


Key Responsibilities

Patient Reception and Assistance

1. Greating and welcome patients as they enter the clinic.

2. Provide information about the clinic’s services, treatments, and practitioners.

3. Assist patients with the completion of necessary forms and documentation.

4. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.


Administrative Support

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality.

2. Manage the clinic’s appointment scheduling system, confirming appointments, and sending reminders.

3. Process patient payments, issue receipts, and handle billing inquiries.

4. Order and manage office and clinic supplies, ensuring inventory is adequately stocked.



Qualifications

· Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree


· Skills:

1.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3.Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and scheduling applications.

4.Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
