I would like to report multiple concerns regarding Universal Food Supplier Ltd.

1. Financial practices
In August 2025, I paid £5,000 to the company, followed by monthly payments of £855. Some payments were made in cash and recorded internally, but no clear explanation or proper documentation was provided.
Additionally, during a work visa process, I was required to pay fees that I understand should normally be covered by the employer. These payments were transferred to a personal bank account under the name of Haiying Su, the manager of universal food supplier (referred to the picture, her car plate is LJ1 4LRX)
2. Employment and business practices
The company appears to be engaged in the sale of returned goods. The spouse of the company director is also involved in daily operations and like sabotaging workers immediately.
3. Workplace safety concerns
There was an incident in which an individual associated with the company physically assaulted an employee, raising serious concerns about staff safety.
4. Visa sponsorship issue
Following these events, the company cancelled an employee’s visa sponsorship on the grounds of “absence from work” without prior notice or proper communication.
